Plastics Welding Technology develops proprietary Radio Frequency (RF) welding technology for non-polar plastics. Our technology, called the PWT RF System, is licensed globally to qualified manufacturers.

PWT RF is ideal for companies wishing to replace PVC or Urethane with cost effective polyolefin materials. PWT RF expands the use of most RF machines, making them capable of welding traditionally “non-RF weldable” polymers like Polyethylene and Polypropylene.

    * Reduction in cycle times welding PVC with PWT RF is dependent upon type and formulation of PVC material being welded. In some cases there are no improvements to cycle times over conventional RF machines.
